Stephanie is an innovative designer who manages to find or create new solutions regardless of the task or medium. During my time working with Steph, there was never an instance where she was presented with a job and responded with a “dead end” type of response. She has always been highly task-orientated, a master note-taker, and always gets the job done. I will consider myself lucky if we ever get to work together on another project.

Stephanie’s work ethic, creativity, and organization make her a pleasure to collaborate with. She tackles new challenges, but with a level head and forethought. During meetings, it is Stephanie who is taking copious notes, all relevant. As a coworker, Stephanie has no trouble getting right to the point, and her candid personality is much appreciated. Stephanie is one of my favorite coworkers I’ve ever worked with.

I had the privilege of working alongside Stephanie for over two years. Her attention to detail is impeccable. Steph and I worked together in developing social media content and ads for a number clients. Her experience and receptiveness to feedback made working with her even more enjoyable.

Working with Steph, I was impressed with the level of commitment she gave to each client ensuring that we produced quality work. She had no hesitation in asking questions when something was unclear, or no hesitation in stepping up when a project needed to get done within a short time frame. I had the privilege of working with Stephanie at Echo-Factory where I was one of the owners and Chief Creative Officer, and she was a Graphic Designer and Front-End Web Developer. Her ability to wear many hats and pitch in on a wide range of projects from traditional design to digital design for a wide range of clients and industries made her the swiss army knife of creatives at the agency.

Stephanie’s approach was always creative, but her attention to detail, her thoroughness, and a sense of pride in her work made her an exceptional employee. She asked questions, did her homework and came up with solutions that were both insightful and effective.

One of Stephanie’s many strengths was her ability to move from HTML or CSS to WordPress or Shopify, from Campaign Monitor or Unbounce to MailChimp or Constant Contact, from Photoshop to Illustrator and InDesign. It’s impressive and rare to find a single individual with a mastery of so many skills. The flexibility to work with a client in their digital environment or toolchain made her a valuable member of any team she was on and a massive asset to the agency.

Along with her undeniable talent, Stephanie is honest, dependable and incredibly hard-working and I know that she was a huge part of Echo Factory’s success.

Throughout my time working with Stephanie, I knew her to be a thoughtful designer and developer who continually pushed herself to learn more and improve her skill set. To that end, she was the go-to for solving technical issues in WordPress, Shopify, Unbounce, Campaign Monitor, etc., while also being a reliable source for quick, competent design. Her technical knowledge, combined with a superior attention to detail makes her an excellent project manager and cross-department communicator.

When Stephanie was leading a project, I felt confident that all of the many tiny details would be accounted for. She is helpful, thoughtful and always ready to answer questions and lend a hand where needed.

To say Stephanie is a “good” employee would be an understatement. I had the pleasure of working closely with her on many projects and each time she went above & beyond to ensure flawless execution. Stephanie is passionate about the work she does and the people she does it with. I recognized this light in her the very first chance I had to work with her and immediately leaned on her for support in managing the web projects for Echo-Factory. She will always exceed expectations and bend over backward to make sure her team has what they need to succeed. Stephanie is knowledgeable in her craft, ultra-organized, and the ideal team-player. Steph is a great asset to any design team. Her leadership shines through but she’s also receptive to critique. She’s organized and dedicated to finalizing projects and tasks in a timely manner. Working with her, I definitely utilized her skills and knowledge of web and print. Steph’s refined creative eye and unique conceptual ideas were vastly employed in many projects we’ve worked together.

It was always great to work with Stephanie. She was easy to work with and took direction very well. She is also very knowledgeable about web. You can always go to her for answers, and if she didn’t know something she would research until she did. She is not only very technical but a solid designer with a good creative eye and very dedicated to her work. Stephanie is a well-rounded designer with a bubbly personality to match.

I am lucky enough to have known Stephanie since college. As a fellow student, she was always willing to help others and provide a different viewpoint when critiquing projects. These traits are still very apparent in her work ethic.

Working with Stephanie is always enjoyable. She is smart, talented, and conscientious in everything she does. She always goes above and beyond what is requested and can effectively manage multiple projects at once. What I love most is that she is so self-sufficient that all I need to do is nudge her in the right direction and she takes off flying.

Stephanie’s strongest quality is the fact that she is such a hard worker. She will stop at nothing to achieve her goals, including learning as much as she can while she can. She is driven and passionate and I truly believe she will reach any goal she sets for herself. She would be a valuable asset to any company she works for.

I’ve known Stephanie for over five years. During that time I have gotten to know her both as my student at the Art Institute where she demonstrated above average creative aptitude and later in a professional capacity when she worked with me on numerous cross media projects for my own print and web clients.

Stephanie has always impressed me with not only her creative problem solving skills but also her attention to detail and overall resourcefulness. She is very organized and has the ability to multitask effectively within fast paced environments both on her own and as a productive member of a larger creative team. She is adept at creating comprehensive campaigns, effectively communicating with others and pitching her ideas to clients for review and feedback.

Stephanie has worked on many of my client projects over the past several years. She is organized and able to communicate design project needs effectively.
